Senior Associate

Danielle is a Senior Associate and an Accredited Specialist in Family Law. Danielle practices exclusively in all areas of Family Law and has been named a Family Law Rising Star - NSW in the Doyle’s Guide to the Australian Legal Market in 2023 and 2024. She has also been named a finalist for the Lawyers Weekly 30 Under 30 Awards in 2022 and 2023 in the Family Law category.

Danielle has been working in Family Law since 2015 and was admitted to practice in 2018, where she has continued to work solely in Family Law. Danielle has previously worked in reputable family law firms, including a leading national commercial firm in their Sydney office.

Danielle has particular expertise in complex property matters including assisting high net worth clients with complicated financial structures including trusts, companies and third parties, the concealment of assets by spouses which often requires extensive discovery, matters involving inheritances and gifts, spouse maintenance and the existence of a de facto relationship. She also has extensive experience in high-risk parenting cases involving family violence and child abuse.

Danielle has represented clients in family law matters with cross-vested jurisdictional issues, including international relocation, the issue of forum and assets held outside of Australia.

Danielle has an unwavering support for her clients when navigating them through the complexities of family law. Whilst she has experience in assisting clients with litigious disputes, she is actively encouraging her clients to settle their matters wherever possible, and to participate in dispute resolution to avoid protracted and costly litigation battles. She has extensive experience in mediation and negotiations to achieve the best results for her clients. Danielle provides her clients with realistic and logical advice, handling all matters with the utmost professionalism.
